Permissionless FAVE Launchpad

Favrr introduces a permissionless system where any individual, fan community, or even business—small or large— can launch their own fan stock (FAVE, ERC 1155) and have it listed on the Fandom Exchange — a digital experience modeled after traditional stock markets like the NYSE or Nasdaq, but reimagined for fandom.

Just as companies must meet listing requirements to enter legacy stock exchanges, creators on Favrr must prove sufficient community demand through an Initial Fan Offering (IFO) — a transparent and market-driven process that ensures only meaningful and backed fan assets enter the exchange.

1. Open Access to Launch

Anyone can initiate a FAVE (ERC-1155), allowing communities to tokenize their passion and rally support.

2. Vetting Through IFO (Initial Fan Offering)

Before a FAVE becomes tradable, it must go through an IFO, which acts like a fan-powered IPO. The IFO serves dual purposes:

  • Market-driven price discovery (via a bonding curve), and

  • Proof of fandom depth, ensuring that only credible tokens move forward.

3. Configurable Parameters (v1 Launchpad)

In the first version, creators can configure:

  • IFO Start Date

  • IFO Duration

These controls offer flexibility while keeping the system accessible to non-technical creators.

4. Successful Launch Criteria: Entry to the Fandom Exchange

To qualify for listing, the IFO must result in at least 25% of the total FAVE shares being sold during the offering period. Once this threshold is met, a dedicated AMM pool will be created for that FAVE, and the token officially enters the trading phase. If the threshold is not met, the token is considered to have had an unsuccessful IFO and does not enter the exchange.

5. Future Versions (v2+) — More Customization Coming

Later iterations of the Launchpad will introduce additional creator-side flexibility, including:

  • Bonding Curve Selection – Creators will choose how sharply prices increase with demand, tailoring risk vs. growth strategies.

  • Charity Wallet Integration – Enabling fan stocks to direct proceeds toward causes aligned with their mission.

  • DAO Reserve Setup – Option to allocate token reserves for governance and long-term utility.
